Complex aromas of salt-laden sea breeze and marine pool, mingled with lime zest, fragrant Meyer lemon, tangerine and fresh-cut yellow apple. There are floral back-notes of St Joseph lilies and star jasmine. The palate is more textured than our 2023 with bright acidity, low pH and our signature mineral electricity. The finish is long, stony and dry.
