Savage White is one of the finest Bordeaux style white blends in the Cape, delivering its magic on a consistent basis. Pairing Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from three different sites, located between 213 and 677 metres, it’s a subtle, saline, typically graceful cuvée with sea spray and blackcurrant leaf aromas and a palate of lime, elderflower and beeswax complemented by vanilla-scented 20% new oak.
