Our finest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes are grown on the rocky slopes of Hout Bay, cooled by the Atlantic Sea breeze. Our MCC is bottle fermented on the lees for 36 months, ensuring a delicate, lively bubble. Zero dosage. The nose and flavour are crisp and lemony fresh leaving a long, brioche note in the mouth after sipping.
