aged in new American oak barrels to achieve a tequila of unparalleled smoothness and quality. Our Añejo offers aromatic notes of toasted oak, chocolate, caramel, and nuts. The tequila is soft and complex with a slightly sweet taste and a balanced profile.
The nose has a bourbon-like scent rich in oak, caramel and vanilla with roasted agave.
On the palate, you get blue agave flavor and apple juice at first, followed by oak, vanilla and caramel; just a tad of oak spice is present.
The finish has a decent length, with very little heat, rich in caramel and a bit of oak bitterness but nothing off-putting.
