Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc 2024

The Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc leads with a highly aromatic nose of summer fruit, sweet melon and fleshy pears, all underpinned by coastal scrub bush. The slightly warmer vintage allows for some tropical notes of Cape gooseberry and kiwi fruit to add extra dimension. The wine concludes with a tangy lemon meringue finish. The complexity and intensity come from extended time on the lees and the inclusion of grapes from older vines. This vintage has the structure to develop with age.
