Plat’bos is a Chenin Blanc that can be reserved in its youth but rewards patience. Sourced from bony soils with lots of decomposed granite but very little clay, it’s early picked for extra freshness and zing, with white flower and gin botanical aromas, some stony reduction, considerable extract and intensity for a wine with just 11.5% alcohol and a core of cardamom and green apple.
