Remove the bottom from the glass part.  Simply thread fruit, herbs or vegetables onto the skewer.

Reassemble bottom and glass part. Add water. Use sparkling water to get a little more edge and an even more beautiful result.  Ice cubes can be added from the carafes top.

The carafe can be used without the skewer.

For cleaning simply remove the silicone bottom and clean. Dishwasher proof.
