Often described as the quieter cousin of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris brings a more understated elegance to the glass. A pale straw in colour, the 2024 vintage opens with delicate aromas of just-ripe pineapple and kiwi fruit, and a subtle hint of white pepper. The palate is gently textured, allowing the softer acidity and a mineral edge to add finesse and length. This is a wine of refined charm – subtle, yet captivating.
