McFarlane Capitoline Wolf White 2024

The nose of this wine is beautifully floral and forthcoming. There are smatterings of fresh ginger and fenugreek spice with some white and yellow fruit. On the palate this wine has some quince and nectarine fruit, fresh acidity and it ends with a gorgeous savoury spice. A floral, aromatic green thai curry or Laksa would pair beautifully here.
