This crazy Ape Vodka was created by two close friends: Sander Le Bon(professional Vodka Drinker) & Christian Wilderer(Distiller and himself a thirsty child).
A-Grade Wine Spirit, in it's purest form, is macerated with a selection of botanicals from the Cape Fynbos floral kingdom.
Distillation is done on Wilderer's 700L German built copper kettle and thereafter cold stabilized and filtered. The final process of a carefull step-wise dilution with spring water from the Franschhoek mountains, results in a smooth, yet complex vodka, with a wide spectrum of aromas.
