The whiskies in Signatory's Very Cloudy range are non-chillfiltered but bottled below 46% ABV, resulting in a cloudy/hazy appearance when the temperature is slightly lowered. Nose: Delectably fruity and fresh, with liquorice, menthol, and a hint of herbaceousness. Elegant and well-balanced palate with candied fruit cake, juicy tangerine and pineapple, and banana. Long and malty finish with liquorice, salt, and candied pear.
