Crafted through a six-year toasting and seasoning process in Spain’s sherry triangle before arriving at Tamdhu, these American oak casks impart a lighter, sweeter oak profile that contrasts Tamdhu’s usual European oak intensity. Bottled at 48% ABV, this limited edition highlights the distillery’s innovative approach to sherry maturation.
