Sourced from the Van Lill and Oudam farms on Citrusdal Mountain, it’s a low-intervention, old-vine Sauvignon Banc with a difference, with lots of grip and extract, layers of nettle, elderflower, cardamom and wet stones and a touch of neutral oak.
