36% Roussanne, 27% Chardonnay, 23% Chenin Blanc, 11% Verdelho, 3% Muscat Blanc. From Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. Fermented and matured for 12 months in old barrels. The nose is exotically scented with citrus, stone fruit, pineapple, honey and spice. The palate is succulent, snappy acidity bringing shape to the generous fruit before a savoury finish. With a distinct sweet-and-sour interplay, this is a gloriously eccentric wine. Alc: 14%.
