Lievland Chenin Blanc/Cinsault MCC

A Chenin Blanc/CInsault yet  classically flavoured Brut MCC from Lievland. The Cinsault loses its colour in the second fermentation, yet adds a subtle spice to the round flavours of the Chenin Blanc.
