67% Sauvignon Blanc (Stellenbosch) and 33% Semillon (Elgin). Fermented and matured in older French oak. Aromatics of citrus, peach, blackcurrant, dried herbs and spice plus a particular waxy note.The palate is rich and broad, pleasantly thick-textured and full of flavour.
