Boschendal Black Angus 2017
64% Shiraz, 19% Merlot, 10% Malbec and 7% Petit Verdot. Matured for 14 months in 300-litre barrels, 40% new before being returned to foudre for six months. Aromatics of red and black berries, fynbos, earth and spice while the palate shows dense fruit, fresh acidity and firm tannins. Full bodied and super-tasty.
